Hi, I'm Andrea.
As someone who's had a portfolio career, I've crafted many effective resumes for myself. When I realized I had this skillset, I began helping others. Ten years later, I'm still passionate about helping people take ownership of their skillset, craft resumes that highlight their leadership, and humanize the job search.

For many of my clients, it's nearly impossible to see their own strengths. I'm talking about people with PhDs, 10+ years in sales, or nurses who restructured patient care during Covid. I call it leadership blindness, and unwinding it is the first thing we do together.
From there, I develop personalized materials, including resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters, that make crystal clear what you do and what you have to offer.
